The Northcliffe subdivision in Schertz, Texas was established in 1976, It is a community of approximately 700 homes located 20 miles north of San Antonio. The community features a beautiful City of Schertz park and the Schertz Community Center North.
Northcliffe is a “Deed Restricted” community. As a resident, you are automatically subject to the Covenants and Deed Restrictions that are filed with the Counties of Guadalupe and Comal. The HOA is totally supported by dues from our residents. Dues are $25 annually.

The Northcliffe HOA is now accepting 2025 dues. Mail your dues to Northcliffe Homeowners Association P.O. Box 502, Cibolo, TX or you can call Bill Edmonds @ 210-376-0979 to pick them up or you can scroll down and scan the Venmo QR code below (which is directed to John Thompson our HOA Treasurer) with the camera on your phone to pay your HOA dues.
By paying your annual dues you have a vote at community meetings and help to maintain our landmark American flag that proudly flies over the entrance to our community. You also help support our National Night Out, Christmas Decoration winners cash prizes, payments for our use of the North Center and more.
